What is the average shipping time for custom keycap sets?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on mechanical keyboard switches?
Yes, all our switches come with a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper soldering or bent pins during installation.
Can I return a product if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns on switches that have been lubed or keycaps that have been mounted.
Are your keycaps compatible with my keyboard layout?
Most of our sets are designed for standard ANSI layouts. We recommend checking the 'Compatibility' section on each product page to ensure the set includes the necessary modifiers for ISO, 65%, or 75% layouts.
